Our standard rate of hire for a full outfit is £100 – 120 (exclusive of VAT). In a full outfit, customers are entitled to bodywear, shoes, props, headwear and a full range of accessories.
Our standard hire period is 4 days (3 over Halloween, which is our busiest time of year), excluding Sundays. Each subsequent day, when prearranged, is charged at £20 (20%) per day.
It is also possible to hire individual items rather than full outfits although this will incur slightly higher costs per item.
We also offer a bespoke ‘made to hire’ service where we will make costume pieces or accessories or given sufficient notice, even a full costume. Prices for this service start at £150 with the final cost to be agreed at your costume fitting.
We require a £15 deposit to be paid in advance of your fitting to book time with our costume stylists. On hiring from us, this initial deposit will be incorporated into the total £100 hire deposit. This will be refunded upon safe return of our costume(s).
In the (unlikely) event that we cannot find you anything you are happy with, you would receive a refund at the discretion of our Director.
Customers are required to bring photo I.D and a proof of recent address to their appointment.
Please phone 020 8694 9869 during shop hours (11 am – 7pm, Monday to Saturday) to book an appointment with our stylists.
We have our own laundry service and our clothes are handwashed in house. DO NOT attempt to clean clothes yourself as this can incur further damage. If dry cleaning is necessary, the customer will be informed and charges as appropriate.
DO NOT SPRAY PERFUME OR AFTERSHAVE OR ANY OTEHR SCENTED SPRAY DIRECTLY ONTO OUR CLOTHES. THIS CAN DAMAGE AGED FABRICS.
Because our costumes are often reserved in advance, it is important that you take care to return on time or you may be depriving another customer of a key piece.
Our standard hire period is 4 days, including the day the costume leaves the shop. Failure to return on time, or to request a hire extension on time, will result in late charges of 25% or above per day that the costume is late.
